The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate helps customers find products and styling options while building lasting customer relationships. The role supports both in-store and digital selling and contributes to keeping the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide styling and fit feedback, and share product knowledge.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Encourage enrollment in the Nordstrom Rewards program and adapt to changing business needs.
