Seasonal retail sales associate supporting the Holiday Gift Shop through in-store and digital selling. Build customer relationships, provide styling guidance, and help the team meet sales goals while maintaining a customer-ready department.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting customer relationships, provide confident feedback on style and fit, and deliver service tailored to customer needs.
• Develop product knowledge and open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, processing markdowns, and performing light cleaning.
• Work a schedule that varies based on business needs and occasionally support other departments.
