The Seasonal Retail Sales associate helps customers find products that suit their style and needs, building customer relationships through in-store and digital selling. The role supports sales goals and keeps the department customer-ready during the holiday season.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide service and styling feedback, and develop product knowledge.
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and work with the team to maintain a customer-ready department.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and, when needed, support other departments.
