Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling tools.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit feedback, and promote Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Maintain product knowledge and support department readiness through stocking, order fulfillment, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules based on business needs.
