Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Cultivate and grow a customer following and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product selection
• Support department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service on the customer’s terms
