Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts for customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Occasionally work in departments other than original assignment
• Be flexible to work varied hours based on business needs
