Job Description
Summary
Seasonal logistics processor responsible for receiving, unpacking and delivering merchandise to selling departments and fulfilling customer orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and store presentation. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to work a flexible schedule to support store operations and special events.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight and unpack merchandise
- Deliver merchandise to selling departments and organize backroom
- Fulfill and prepare customer orders following packing and shipping standards
- Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
- Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- Support store events, markdowns and relocation of fixtures
- Handle merchandise with appropriate lifting and carrying techniques
Requirements
- Prior success working in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
- Comfort with using various technologies and computer applications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
