Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate to support holiday operations in-store, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a luxury retail environment. Role involves assisting customers across assigned departments and collaborating with store teams during peak season from late October through December.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a warm welcoming experience
• Assist customers with product selection in assigned areas of the store
• Support departments such as gifting, accessories, menswear, womenswear, personal shopping, jewelry and watches
• Refer customers to specialized staff when appropriate
• Contribute to a fast paced store environment during peak holiday periods
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
