Seasonal Sales Associate

Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional in-store customer service during the holiday season, supporting store teams across assigned departments and contributing to a luxury shopping experience. Roles are temporary for the peak season with varied shifts and on the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcoming greetings and assist customers within assigned areas of the store
• Support departments such as gifting, accessories, menswear, womenswear, personal shopping, jewelry and watches
• Refer customers to specialized employees for additional support
• Deliver extraordinary service to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Perform other store duties as assigned by management
• Work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends during the holiday season
• Participate in on the job training and collaborate with store team members

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and face to face customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work holiday season dates including October through late December
• Flexibility to work up to 0 to 39 hours per week with varied shift patterns
• Willingness to support multiple departments and tasks as needed
