Seasonal Sales Associate

Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate supporting the Oliver Peoples boutique in Miami. Provide high-quality, personalized service to customers selecting eyewear and assist with fittings and product knowledge. Support store sales goals during the seasonal period and represent the brand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on frame selection and fit, delivering attentive styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and store targets, including participation in commission/bonus plans if applicable.
• Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate cash and POS operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep product displays organized, and assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
• Collaborate with the store team on appointments, customer follow-up, and daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury or eyewear retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays during the seasonal period.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising and stocking.
