Summary

Seasonal Sales Associate supporting the store selling team during peak holiday periods to deliver exceptional client experiences through welcoming service, assisting across departments, and processing transactions. Role requires flexibility for nights weekends and holidays and focuses on enhancing client interactions through recommending services and supporting pickup and fitting room operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments
• Transition clients to appropriate associates based on service needs
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently
• Handle escalated customer issues and connect them with management
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and online order pickups
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed
• Introduce clients to services such as alterations personalization and package carry-out

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer centric roles with proven selling ability
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle escalations and work collaboratively with managers
