Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor partners with the store team to support the full client lifecycle, delivering personalized service both front of house and back of house. This role assists Client Advisors, manages product flow between BOH and sales floor, and helps execute visual merchandising and inventory tasks. The position requires a client-centric attitude, strong operational skills, and adherence to Moncler brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage clients to support an elevated client experience.
• Support Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to FOH.
• Manage product care requests and create tickets as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising, organizing and repositioning displays.
• Support inventory preparation and BOH organization, including product go-backs.
• Contribute to team objectives and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client service experience acceptable.
• Client-focused, team oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills; English required, additional languages preferred.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
