Seasonal Sales Support - Ala Moana

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support team member responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences during the holiday season by representing the brand with hospitality and professionalism. The role supports sales and operations through client assistance, merchandising, packaging, and assisting with engraving and waiting list management as needed. Works non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays to meet peak seasonal demand.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create memorable luxury brand experiences
• Support sales team with boxing wrapping and POS functions after purchase
• Manage floor waiting list and communicate service issues to management
• Assist with engraving station and after sales servicing where applicable
• Keep hospitality area POS stations and sales floor neat stocked and orderly
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and maintain store amenities
• Support inventory tasks and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail luxury or client facing hospitality experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
• Capability to work with a diverse client base
• Authorization to work in the United States
