Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients to create personalized and memorable experiences.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and after sale POS functions.
• Manage hospitality area ensuring it is stocked orderly and clean.
• Assist with engraving station and lead floor waiting list if applicable.
• Replenish POS and gifting supplies and keep sales floor areas organized.
• Communicate service issues to management regarding waiting clients.
• Support operations with policies procedures and after sales servicing.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client related experience such as hospitality.
• Ability to work non traditional hours including nights weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
