Seasonal Sales Support

Summary

Seasonal Sales Support Team Members deliver exceptional client service and represent the brand on the sales floor during the holiday season. They assist clients with purchases, hospitality, and after-sales service while supporting store operations and the sales team. This role focuses on creating memorable client experiences and ensuring store areas and POS stations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to create a memorable, hospitality-driven experience on the sales floor.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and performing POS functions after purchase.
• Assist with engraving station and accurately manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Maintain hospitality areas and POS stations to be fully stocked, orderly, and clean; report potential service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-related experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
