Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience during the holiday season by welcoming clients and connecting them with the right services and associates. This role supports sales and store operations across multiple areas.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and in departments, directing them to associates based on their needs.
• Support point-of-sale transactions, customer follow-up, and escalated issues.
• Assist with BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
