The Seasonal Selling Associate enhances the client experience during the holiday season through warm welcomes, attentive service, and support across store areas. The role helps connect clients with the right associates and services while supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with appropriate associates based on their needs.
• Serve in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, fitting rooms, and other client services.
• Connect clients with management to resolve escalated issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-centric role with demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
