Summary

The B-Helpful Professional supports customers and associates throughout the store by managing an in-store service hub. The role helps create a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience through customer assistance, order pickup, returns, tourism information, and service appointment bookings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and bookings for in-store services.
• Use technology to support customer service and store operations.
• Participate in merchandising and operational activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
