Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations, including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment. The role helps maintain selling-floor standards and provides customer service while completing customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and place and present merchandise on the selling floor.
• Maintain merchandise placement and presentation standards.
• Locate merchandise and complete customer orders.
• Support floor recovery, merchandise replenishment, and other store initiatives as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts.
• Ability to learn and retain merchandising and visual standards.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
