Security Officer - The Landmark

Summary

Provide safety and security for employees, clients, and assets at the store while delivering excellent customer service and upholding Global Protection Standards. Maintain a secure and welcoming environment, support store operations including opening and closing procedures, and partner with security leadership to deter theft and respond to incidents. Position requires availability for retail store hours and the 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM second shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and operations support to drive sales and service
• Partner with Security Lead and Security Management to deter theft and report missing assets
• Respond to emergency situations and implement incident management procedures
• Perform daily inspections, equipment and alarm tests, key access management, and report submissions
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and cover back of house operations
• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate with store team
• Deliver a positive client experience and act as a brand ambassador
• Support store operations to help achieve sales plans
• Act on client feedback and NPS scores to optimize hospitality

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Must be available to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Preferred experience in a retail or security environment
• Preferred 1 year prior security related experience
• Ability to follow security systems procedures and report incidents
