Selling Specialist

Summary

The Selling Specialist provides sales support and education execution across an assigned territory, working within Sephora and Ulta stores to drive brand performance. This role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, supporting in-store events, and maintaining Fresh merchandising standards. The specialist communicates merchandising and stock issues to the Sales and Education Executive while managing a regular store call cycle and travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales goals (SPH and ROI) in assigned stores throughout the territory.
• Assist the Sales and Education Executive with in-store events to increase ROI and event sales.
• Build and maintain strong sales relationships with Sephora/Ulta beauty advisors, store leadership, and district managers.
• Provide client service and support while in store and ensure Fresh wallbays, counters, and displays meet merchandising standards.
• Maintain a regular call cycle, manage schedule and travel, submit hours weekly, and report sales, out-of-stock, and merchandising issues.

Requirements

• Beauty industry experience required; experience in a Sephora or Ulta environment preferred.
• Wednesday through Sunday availability, including weekends; flexible hours to meet job objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel within the assigned territory.
