Selling Supervisor - Aventura

As a Selling Supervisor at Hermès Aventura, you will play a key role in achieving sales and customer service objectives in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales team and support teams to enhance the client experience, adhering to operational and asset protection standards.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales efforts and maintain client experience standards.
• Process transactions accurately and manage POS decisions and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with asset protection procedures and maintain merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of customer service in line with Hermès standards.

• 2+ years of experience in sales or supervisory roles, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
