Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor at Celine Boston Copley, you will play a crucial role in mentoring associates to achieve an elevated customer experience, manage categories, and meet sales objectives. You will maintain high operational and merchandising standards while assisting with the daily supervision of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
  • Lead and empower the sales team to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate client relationship resources to provide elevated service.
  • Support the Store Manager in team development through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and assist associates with customer service issues.
  • Utilize POS system effectively and manage inventory functions.
  • Open and close the store following company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the Visual Manager to lead merchandising standards.
  • Develop and empower staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in general software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Action-oriented and results-driven with strong communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented with social perceptiveness.
  • Proficiency in mediating and resolving issues.
