Summary
Support the boutique sales floor by achieving individual and team sales goals while maintaining luxury service standards and adherence to asset protection and operational procedures. Report to the Floor Director and collaborate with sales and support teams in a fast paced retail environment. Responsible for POS accuracy, opening and closing procedures, and maintaining showroom presentation and inventory readiness.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals.
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor, stock merchandising supplies, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately, manage CRM and POS duties, and support after sales service.
- Perform opening and closing till procedures and monitor cash and asset controls.
- Approve routine returns and exchanges and escalate exceptional requests to management.
- Participate in inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts and support back of house tagging and ticketing.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and ensure key log and alarm protocols are followed.
- Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assistance, and packaging at POS.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or supervisory experience, luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi task, work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Open availability to meet business needs including retail hours.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Follows asset protection procedures, key control and merchandise security guidelines.
