Selling Supervisor - Las Americas

As a Selling Supervisor at Las Americas, you will be a key member of the Store Management team, responsible for executing strategic plans to drive a profitable business. You will lead the sales associate team by assigning tasks, managing goals, and championing new selling tools to achieve daily and weekly business objectives.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Support the execution of company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
• Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden customer accessibility to products.
