Selling Supervisor

As a Selling Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Store Management team, responsible for executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. You will champion new selling tools and manage daily and weekly business objectives, assigning tasks and priorities to the sales associate team.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
• Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
• Support a collaborative environment focused on the customer.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
• Strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes.
• Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery through digital means.
• Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold company policies.
