Selling Supervisor - Saks Beverly Hills

As a Selling Supervisor at CELINE's Saks Fifth Ave Concession in Los Angeles, you will play a crucial role in coaching associates to achieve an elevated customer experience and sales objectives. You will maintain high operational and merchandising standards while assisting with the daily supervision of the team.

• Meet sales goals set by HQ and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage client relationship resources to provide elevated service to all clients.
• Utilize POS system for inventory management and ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Partner with the Visual Manager to manage merchandising standards and execute a compelling visual environment.
• Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in general software such as Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
