Responsibilities- Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with VIP and loyal clients through clienteling strategies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently by assisting with daily operations, including stock management.
- Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards to enhance the store’s appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on restocking and product rotation.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail best practices.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in retail management or sales.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of luxury products, market trends, and high-end customer service expectations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools & Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail or service-oriented organization preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
