Summary
Senior Analyst Technical Services provides project management and technical support for Americas retail operations including budgeting, organizing, and delivering retail technology for new locations, renovations, and relocations. The role requires strong networking knowledge, vendor management, service delivery oversight, and the ability to coordinate cross functional teams while supporting incidents, problems, and changes.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of infrastructure technology such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, POS, PCs, printers, and telephone systems
- Oversee procurement, staging, implementation, and change processes for retail technology and store projects
- Gather requirements, document specifications, track schedules, and manage budgets and invoices
- Coordinate with engineering, application, and cross functional teams to enforce portfolio standards
- Provide escalation support for incident and problem tickets and coordinate resolution with IT teams and vendors
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure IT standards are met and implemented
- Create and maintain documentation repository including ServiceNow knowledge articles and SOPs
- Support travel and after hours work as required for project delivery
Requirements
- 6 years experience in project and/or IT support and services functions including project activities
- 2 years experience with network administration including Cisco and Meraki
- Ability to build and maintain business partnerships and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and planning skills
- Ability to perform basic financial analysis and manage budgets
- Self motivated and able to work with limited supervision with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 365, virtualization, Active Directory, and printer management preferred
