Senior Assistant Planner - Sutton

Summary

The Senior Assistant Planner partners with the Planner to develop location-specific financial plans and strategies for assigned business. The role manages part of the allocation business, responding to sales trends and inventory needs to support sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-season financial planning, including department, vendor, daily sales, and forecast plans.
• Forecast sales and inventory by channel and location to support replenishment and allocation decisions.
• Analyze vendor strategies, identify opportunities and risks, and participate in vendor planning meetings.
• Conduct quarterly hindsight analysis with the Planning team to inform future strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
