Senior Client Advisor - American Dream

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci American Dream, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will embody the Gucci brand as an ambassador, fostering relationships with clients and promoting Gucci values in the marketplace.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate training and onboarding for Client Advisors in line with brand initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional client service and exceed individual KPI goals.
• Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
• Maintain visual display standards and support daily store operations.

• Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for the Fashion Industry.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
