Job Description

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor delivers refined client experiences and supports boutique leadership by coaching sales staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards. This role acts as a role model on the sales floor, manages client portfolios, executes opening and closing procedures, and may act as manager on duty when required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide impeccable, personalized service and act as brand ambassador
  • Coach and mentor sales team and share product knowledge
  • Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments conversion and repurchase rate
  • Build and maintain strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM updates
  • Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
  • Act as manager on duty to oversee floor operations and team coordination
  • Monitor fashion trends and provide market insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years luxury retail sales experience
  • Women's and men's ready to wear experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results driven with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Experience with appointment selling and CRM management
  • Ability to mentor team members and maintain professional work environment
