Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is a part time retail sales lead responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and upholding visual merchandising and operational standards. In the absence of store management this role oversees store operations and staff and ensures exceptional customer service and brand representation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and set the example for client experience and store standards
- Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store presentation
- Grow existing clients and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks and store projects including events and inventory
- Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures
- Oversee store and staff when most senior presence is in store
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high end goods and clientele oriented sales
- Established clientele following preferred
- Availability for open scheduling in a 7 day a week retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Outgoing, professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
