Senior Client Advisor - Bleecker Street

As a Senior Client Advisor at James Perse Bleecker Street, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives, focusing on client development and sales. You will exemplify customer service excellence, visual merchandising standards, and operational standards, and oversee the store and staff in the absence of Store Management.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and manage client relationships consistent with James Perse standards.
• Set the example for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise, visuals, and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct all opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational excellence.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Experience in a retail environment with open scheduling availability.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time management, and high integrity.
• Ability to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
