Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales and client development objectives while exemplifying customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards. This role may oversee store and staff in the absence of store management and supports special events and store projects.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience and store standards.
- Maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, visuals and store upkeep.
- Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking and outreach.
- Support operational tasks, projects, and participate in special events such as sample sales and inventory.
- Open and close the store and perform all opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee store and staff when serving as the most senior presence in the store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Prior retail or boutique experience with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
- Established clientele following preferred.
- Availability for open scheduling in a seven-day-a-week retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor representing the brand lifestyle.
- Strong independent work ethic, time management skills, and integrity.
- Ability to handle customer interactions and concerns courteously and professionally.
