As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci Bloor Street, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will embody the Gucci brand, fostering relationships with clients and acting as a brand ambassador.

• Supervise and guide Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager to provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate training and development for Client Advisors, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience.
• Deliver exceptional client service and exceed individual KPI goals.
• Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and handling difficult client issues.
• Maintain visual display standards and support daily store operations.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and deliver results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Passion for the fashion industry and flexibility to work retail hours.
