Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, upholding luxury brand standards, and supporting boutique performance through sales, mentorship, and store operations. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, driving store KPIs, and assisting with visual merchandising and inventory as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver impeccable service and tailor the client experience to brand expectations
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, and repurchase rate
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and CRM usage
- Mentor and coach team members and share product knowledge
- Act as manager on duty when required and oversee floor operations
- Execute opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
- Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Passion for fashion and ability to create memorable client experiences
- Experience in womens and mens ready to wear is a plus
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales role
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and use CRM tools
- Professional presentation and knowledge of luxury market
