Summary
The Senior Client Advisor supports store leadership in driving sales, supervising and training client advisors, managing merchandise and daily store operations. This role acts as a brand ambassador, delivers exceptional client service, and helps develop team performance while upholding visual and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the selling floor to achieve sales targets
- Support real time coaching and feedback with the Team Manager
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Client Advisors
- Provide exceptional client service including greeting listening and assisting clients
- Drive individual KPI goals and attract new clients through networking
- Perform floor leadership duties including opening and closing the store
- Organize coverage for floor breaks and support operations when management is absent
- Maintain visual display standards for product presentation
- Serve as first point of contact for difficult client issues
Requirements
- Sales management experience in retail luxury retail or service industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Proven ability to drive customer experiences that deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication and excellent organizational skills
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
