As a Senior Client Advisor at James Perse in Beverly Hills, CA, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing client relationships. You will lead by example in customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards, stepping in to oversee the store in the absence of management.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and store standards.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards.
• Expand the client base through networking and outreach.
• Support operational tasks and projects, including opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in special events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store and company procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store with high-end goods.
• Established clientele following is ideal.
• Availability for a 7-day retail operation schedule.
• Outgoing, energetic, and professional demeanor.
