Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Client Advisor drives sales and client development while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. This role may oversee store operations and staff when store management is absent.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Build client relationships through communication, outreach, and networking.
• Maintain customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Support store operations, open and close the store, and participate in special projects and events.
• Share local market knowledge and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Prior retail or boutique experience selling high-end goods and serving clients.
• An established clientele following is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, integrity, and time management.
• Availability for open scheduling based on business needs.
