Senior Client Advisor - Madison Ave

As a Senior Client Advisor at CELINE Madison Ave, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to CELINE standards. You will strive to understand your clients' needs and guide them across all categories of the brand, while supporting store management in establishing a client-centric mentality.

• Achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Welcome every client and enhance their experience by advising them across the brand and all product categories.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop existing and recruit new clients.
• Develop the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
• Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
• Support the Store Manager in developing the team through mentoring and integration of newcomers.
• Respect CELINE brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong client service orientation and social perceptiveness.
• Problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Passion for luxury products with an appreciation for design.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to learn and use various software packages.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
