- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for Client Advisors and facilitate training.

- Attract new clients by being a Brand Ambassador through community networking.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals with high-level customer service.
- Perform floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and organizing coverage.
- Contribute to upholding visual display standards.
- Support daily store operations in the absence of management.
- Handle difficult client issues as the first point of contact.
Requirements- Sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
