Responsibilities- Achieve boutique monthly and annual sales turnover in line with Roger Dubuis commercial strategy.
- Cultivate and develop a network and a loyal clientele.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales experience to clients.
- Deliver bespoke experiences for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clients.
- Share the Roger Dubuis story and commitment to quality standards with clients.
- Generate new business opportunities through community engagement and social media.
- Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and merchandise security.
- Follow all implemented Maison policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in meetings, inventory counts, and daily operations.
- Assist fellow Boutique Ambassadors during sales and perform back-of-house activities.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and team player with great organizational skills.
- Passionate about High Watchmaking and UHNWI Lifestyle.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and Spanish are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Travel required 40% of the time.
