Summary
The Senior Client Advisor is responsible for achieving sales targets and developing client relationships while maintaining store standards and representing the brand. In the absence of Store Management this role oversees store operations and staff as the most senior presence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manage client communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold client experience standards
- Maintain selling floor merchandise, visuals, and store standards
- Grow existing clientele and prospect new clients through networking and outreach
- Support operational tasks and store projects
- Open and close the store and perform opening and closing procedures
- Participate in special events and inventory activities as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Prior retail experience in a boutique or high-end environment
- Established clientele or demonstrated client development skills
- Availability to work variable schedule including weekends in a 7-day operation
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor aligned with brand lifestyle
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
