Senior Client Advisor responsible for delivering a memorable luxury client experience while supporting boutique leadership through coaching, operational excellence, and maintaining brand standards. Acts as a role model for the team, supports sales KPIs, manages appointments and CRM, and may act as manager on duty when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable, personalized service and execute the sales ceremony
• Coach and mentor sales team and share product knowledge
• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments conversion and repurchase rate
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through outreach and CRM updates
• Act as manager on duty to oversee floor operations and opening closing procedures
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes
• Support qualitative monitoring and data enrichment in CRM
• Provide insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in womens and mens ready to wear
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven results driven with leadership capabilities
• Ability to coach team members and foster collaboration
• Comfortable handling opening closing procedures and store keys
