Responsibilities- Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a true ambassador of the brand.
- Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations and ensure smooth execution of the sales ceremony.
- Drive individual and store KPIs including Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, Conversion, and Data Enrichment.
- Mentor and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach and use of clientele tools.
- Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating (CRM) to build and retain relationships with current clients.
- Create personalized, versatile, and timeless silhouettes for clients.
- Act as MOD when required, overseeing floor operations and team coordination.
- Execute opening/closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Provide insights into fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory processes.
- Foster a collaborative and professional store environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Women's and Men's RTW.
- Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
