Responsibilities- Develop a regional retail and wholesale event strategy aligned with overall brand objectives and NCSA calendar/cultural moments.
- Collaborate with retail, CRM/client development, and merchandising teams to ensure events enhance consumer engagement, VIP clienteling, and sell-through.
- Establish clear KPIs to measure the impact of each activation, ensuring a focus on brand equity and business performance.
- Work closely with HQ to develop and adapt event concepts that align with global brand identity while ensuring regional cultural relevance.
- Plan and execute bespoke boutique activations, VIP client experiences, and in-store events to enhance retail engagement and drive foot traffic.
- Develop and manage the NCSA event budget, ensuring all activations deliver maximum ROI while maintaining brand prestige and quality standards.
- Source, negotiate, and manage a network of high-quality vendors including caterers, set designers, entertainment providers, and event production teams.
- Lead and motivate internal teams and cross-functional project teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of materials, seamless guest experiences, and flawless production.
- Evaluate event success based on pre-defined KPIs, gathering feedback from guests, retail teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential activations, retail marketing, or luxury brand management.
- Proven track record of executing high-end retail activations and wholesale events.
- Experience managing luxury clientele experiences, private shopping events, and co-branded activations.
- Strong background in budget management, vendor negotiations, and logistics oversight.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with global teams, ensuring local events align with brand positioning and global guidelines.
- Deep understanding of luxury retail, client behavior, and brand experience expectations.
