Summary
Senior in-store educator and beauty specialist responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, leading training and artistry development, and driving sales at the flagship boutique. Acts as the house authority on product, artistry and clienteling while supporting events and team growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead education and training for fragrance and beauty advisors on product knowledge and artistry skills
- Assist management with training on new launches and service platforms
- Provide exceptional in-store and after sales client experiences and outreach
- Lead client service initiatives including events and follow-up activities
- Develop client relationships, capture client information and perform clienteling
- Train team on retailer clienteling tools and use metrics to improve retention
- Support visual merchandising hygiene and brand image standards
- Collaborate with Education Executive and makeup artists to support team learning
- Meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales goals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the beauty industry
- Artistry skills required and strong product knowledge preferred
- Passion for educating and training others with a teaching mindset
- Client centric, detail oriented and ability to influence
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends and some holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
- Strong communication and collaborative team skills
- Curious continuous learner focused on process efficiency and problem solving
