Senior Manager, Boutique Transformation Excellence

Summary

Leads boutique network transformation and operational excellence for Fashion Retail. Oversees activity calendar governance, leadership communications, strategic transformation projects, and US retail policy and procedure governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fashion Retail Activity Calendar governance, approvals, publishing cadence, and usability standards.
• Establish a centralized source for retail communications and coordinate editorial content from sourcing through archiving.
• Support cross-functional retail transformation projects and lead adoption of tools, processes, and improved ways of working.
• Maintain US Fashion Retail policies and procedures, including documentation, updates, and communication to retail teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail communications or store operations, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Strong project management skills and experience with digital communication tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of the retail ecosystem, ideally including store experience.
