Transformation PMO Consultant, Iconic Premium Brand

Summary

The Transformation PMO Consultant drives execution of strategic priorities for a premium brand in the United States. Reporting to the SVP, this role coordinates across brand, commercial, finance, Maison teams, and external partners to turn decisions into accountable plans and measurable results. This is a hybrid contract assignment based in New York, anticipated to last approximately two years.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive dashboards and transformation scorecards.
• Monitor progress against strategic priorities and business objectives, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support leadership in prioritization, resource allocation, and performance reviews.
• Build partnerships and align teams across the organization and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making, remove barriers, and track timely project deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience.
• At least 12 years of experience in transformation, PMO, strategic operations, business planning, commercial leadership, or consulting.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States.
